I've managed to get in touch with my sleep cycle, so I can wake up naturally between 5 and 6 (with on occasional "miss"), but I don't know if I could do 5am every day.<BR/><BR/>* What's your sleep routine like? What time do you go to bed? Etc.<BR/><BR/>* Do you do Lifehack.org full time? If your answer is yes, would you be willing to exchange e-mail about what this is like.
