Each day of your life, put something on your daily agenda: do something good for yourself.
It can be anything -- from something small, such as buying a book, to a real pampering, such as getting a massage, to something intensely meaningful, like visiting a loved one.
Just a few ideas:
- eat something that gives you joy
- watch your favorite program on TV
- go to a movie
- go for a stroll in the park
