Happiness tip: Five things to do to live longer
As a society, we are getting unhealthier all the time. It's not making us happier.
Be healthier and live longer by doing five things, based on National Institute of Health data of the most common ways to die in the US:
- Buckle Your Seat Belt
- Stop Smoking
- Exercise at least 20 minutes a day
- Eat less processed foods
- Get an annual physical/checkup
